paging Jeremy Jabaay
I've heard good things about both those tracks. I used to track mine 3-4 times a month but got tired of eating transmissions. blew the engine in the Max and started tracking an S14- put the Max back on DD status.
but just wait... this will get fun.

yea surprisingly i have never hurt anything major on track. in 6 years of doing this with the last 4 being Boosted. for precaution however i did to a double thick radiator and a larger oil cooler. hopefully this year hold the same luck. Autobahn full hear i come.
Only things I've ever done are minor. I lost my power steering & water pump tensioner pulley going into a corner once. ACtually ran over it with the RR tire and it threw the car siwdeways and I almost bit it at 105mph. eek.
towed it home and got another pulley from the dealer. one day and $30 later and I was back up and running.
the only other time I've had to be towed home from the track was Maxus '05 when I put a rod through the oil pan.
everything else has been minor. eating brake pads, cording tires, etc. typical track stuff.
