Parts from Frontier that fit...

Some of you may already know this but I discovered that the washer fluid cap from a Nissan Frontier fits perfectly on my 93. Also the rubber plugs that screw into the radiator core support for the hood adjustment also work.

My friend was helping me look at a PS leak at his shop and he had parts from a 2000 or later Frontier that was wrecked.

Nice find for me.

probably already known but if a VG there's the VG33 in certain models of the Frontier as well, not to mention the Xterra, Pathfinder, Quest and Mercury Villager, other parts from those vehicles may work in a similar manor.

Frontier / Xterra fog lights are the same as the GXE Maxima fogs...although you will still need to find Maxima-specific brackets.

Does that include the SE too? Nice to know there are options out there. I was dealing with a broken washer fluid cap forever!!!!

GXE fogs were a rare dealer-installed option. The only cars I have ever seen them on were Matt's (doesn't anymore) and mine. I got them new-in-box from another member awhile back. They are smaller than the SE's and fit the contour of the front bumper better (unless you have a lip). Pics:

I will have to keep my eyes open. Thanks for the info. Mine are not working right now. It might even be my switch. I have to do some more testing. I had one working and then while I was testing the one the other went out. I need to get up in the attic and see if I have a spart switch.

Thanks again. Have a great day.

Here's a few of mine from way back in the day as well... Back when my camera and photog skills sucked WAY worse than they do now.

that's mine in Ben's pics too, sans fogs since they were destroyed by gravel.

Wow, the communal MHT E-tunes. What ever happened to those bad boys?

There is a GXE I have seen in my town with the GXE fogs, but one is cracked and one is broken. Otherwise, I would have offered to buy them.

Offer to buy the mounting brackets, those are what is hard to find. The actual lights can still be easily obtained from Nissan since the older Xterras use them.
