i spray mines down every other month, since its a daily it gets dusty in there. No problems if the motor is warm n u lightly mist the motor and start wiping things down right away. Then i would leave it facing the sun so it would dry up for like an hr.

have you tried looking for the fog pre-wire harness, or did you run that separately from the oem harness? all you need is just the fogs, relay and oem switch and you will have fogs that will work like if it came from factory because you will be using the factory harness to begin with. usually these cars already come pre-wired with the fog harness.

yep you could have used factory fogs, most GXE's had the wiring tucked in the bumper but a few didnt.

of course, i learned that after wiring and installing aftermarket fogs

i knew about the prewired maximas.. but mine isint one of them... :/
i checked the relay box and under the dash and i didnt see any traces of fog light wires or harnesses. there isint even a relay socket in the relay box.
so i just wired them separetly

yeah. just use the FSM to get an idea of how the wiring should be (it was not how i expected it to be when i looked at it). basically the 'coil' part of the relay goes from battery, thru relay, thru switch, to ground. then the "switch" part of the relay goes from battery, thru fuse box, thru relay, splits into 2 wires, thru bulbs, and to ground. the current going through the switch only controls the relay, doesn't go to/from the bulbs directly.

Looks like Police Cruiser Wheels to me. Not sure why.

Figured I'd snap a shot of my 18s I've had on for a long time since I haven't gotten around to doing it. also "hella flush" at 235x40x18.

I know she needs a cleanin. Fronts were too brake dusty to show Also embarrassed about spoiler coming off. That's the DD for ya.

hahahaha.. what i mean is that. those rims are like the definition of tuner wheels.. how original are bland 5 spoke gunmetal wheels?.. i love my wheels. they might come stock on trucks and suvs.. althoght thats a stretch.. if anything... my wheels look like spare tire wheels. except not..
anyways.. i just dont like those wheels.

i like mysticcals rims. however, stock 3rd gen alloys are still the best even though theyre OEM IMO. give them a good paint and youre set

195's? psh. I can eat 195's for lunch and still go for dessert. you're giving up a good 2" of space on the inside that you could be using. yea my car has wider fenders than a 3rd gen but still, there's nothing you can do to fix offset that's too low like those jeep wheels. at least with high offset you can add spacers. luckly my Z's fitment needs no spacers at all (17x9+24mm front and rear)

17x8 with 10-15 will not work on a 3rd gen. at all. I had enough trouble with 17x7 and 22mm of offset. your desired wheel setup would stick out 20-25mm beyond what I had, which rubbed like a **** any time i turned cuz of my blown struts. 17x8 with an offset of 30 and a stock-height (25.5") tire is about as far out as you can go unless you plan on running around with that strech-tire gheyness that all the hella-flush crowd get off on.

i sigged it first

seriously though Hellaflush is ghey, and even if somebody wanted to make a Hellaflush Max, a 1st gen would be best but i dont even want to think about it. Maximas arent meant for stuff like that

lets not forget the 2nd gen on hydros it would be fun to drive around the hood blasting NWA in it though

dude 3rd gens cant even handle coilovers without a few grand in work, if you want a 4dr Hellaflush car it would be best to get something RWD with a better suspension design like a Toyota Cressida. man im gonna go Hulk here, its seats. get over it, ive heard the seat comeback at least 30 times in the last few days

and if Matt says it, go by it. ive been working on 3rd gens for a little less than 3rd years, im guessing he has 10-15yrs+ experience.

i guess im pretty naive.. i belive what my mommy told me:
if u work hard enough anything is possible. haha.

and matt didnt really say ****.. he just said my rims were ugly.. haha
and like i said. no hard feeling about the seats.

i still think the rims look alright in their own way but Hellaflush on a 3rd gen is nearly undoable
