if its not stuck on the rear defroster, just use a razor blade

for anything sticky I usually use either WD40 or PB Blaster... at least with the blaster, I had some duct tape adhesive stuck on my car. if you spray some into a rag and buff the sticky spot, it takes it off decently easily. ^_^

get a small bag of ice, place it on the goo and let it harden up and use a razorblade (as long as its not near the defroster lines), or just throw some goo gone on a paper towel, let it soak for 30 seconds and then scrape it off and clean it after with a clean moist towel

goo gone works well. I helped someone use it to get off one of the police stickers they use when you park your car illegally. He was freaking out because he couldn't get the sticky stuff off. I brought that over and it cleaned it all off and looked like new. It was on the front corner of the windshield, so I would be careful using any kind of razor blade on the back.
