They're most definitely not any generation of Maxima wheel. I really dont think theyre any Nissan wheel either. They look alot like the Mini Cooper S wheels but with a few less spokes

They're not Murano wheels either. I guess the angle of the pic isn't helping. Like I said, they look similar to the Mini wheels I poster but with 6 spokes instead of 8. They're very Euro tuner-ish

I like classic Japanese cars for some reason. Maybe its because you can't find any anymore. If you do they're usually in horrible shape.

I believe those are the right trunk center and tail lights. To me, it looks like the trunk is warped or not shut all the way and so the lines between the trunk and tail lights are thrown off. Not a big surprise, just a glance at the car and it is clear this person spends more on the rims than anything else.....overall, the car looks rough to me.

Yeah I love it too. It looks awesome and it's soooo little. It's quick too. It hangs literally neck and neck with my blue VE

Good question.. I hadnt noticed when i saw the car but youre right about the VE trunk reflector. It had a VG grille on it. I should have looked at the dash

Yeah, it's the original paint. The paint is actually in pretty good shape except it looks like the previous owner tried to wax it at one point and let the wax bake in the sun. The whole roof and top of the hood is covered in old wax film that won't come off. Well, that and the primer spot on the passenger side. The car is a California car though so overall it was in good shape. And then of course we had to swap a d16z6 in it. A real beast of an engine for such a little car

if you look close enough that is a vg with a ve trunk center. pay attention to the old school door mirrors and the fact that it says nissan maxima in the lower gray portion of the trunk center instead of on a vg black (instead of ve smoked red) upper section of the trunk eliminating and alignment (trunk open) issue

CMax.. are you talking about the wheels in my first post or on the '79 Civic?

Scribb99/Maximan figured out they're the Freelander wheels... which I can most definitely confirm are correct. The picture from Maximan clinched it

The wheels on the Civic are newer Si wheels (required 4x100 hub conversion)
