AWD Maxima convertible

incase it gets deleted, the guys selling a AWD 1991 convertible, and said i was interested because ive never seen a convertible model. asked for pics

M30s look similar to the 3rd gen maximas, well aside from 2door vs 4door. I didn't know M30s came in AWD.

From what I know, they dont. It had the RWD VG30E. I could be wrong.

Its an M30, Nissan Leopard it other countries, it is a very easy mistake to make they look very similar to maximas. But the car is RWD not AWD.

1st gen m30's are mistakable for 2nd gens not 3rd gens.

i've seen a 2nd gen max converted to a drop top but i've never seen awd. if in that case mines is a 3wd four turbo v12 hard top convertible with a panoramic sunroof rofl

You might wanna research/ask questions before you assume things about a car you've never seen in person. Let alone talked to the owner.

The car is reinforced more than it needs to be. The chassis is probably more stiff than a stock 6th gen. It would probably be safe to say that it has less chassis flex than a 3rd gen with red sparcos...

Either way, it's a show car. Not a daily driver. It's a garaged kept '04 and has less than 20k miles on it.

Thanks for that Moncef.

It actually looks pretty sharp. Suicide doors is what did me in (no homo). But for some reason it still looks a little weird to me because the car's too long to be a vert.

And yes that is the elite package. Nothing on that car is cheap.

all the info was up when i heard about it last year, and it was said that the roof was just hacked off because he only used the car to get to/from shows

Umm no , it wasnt just HACKED off, like you would hack you intake pipe.

it was done RIGHT by a body shop that knows what hes doing , reinforced,

the car is very safe but yes its a SHOW ride only , the owner of the car hasnt cut any corners in building this car.

I hate it when people put monitors in the rear seats. It's he's asking who a rear in collision. Does it even "convert" into a car with a roof?

either way it was one of the first maxima's i seen on cardomain when i signed up. i liked it then and i still do now. i like his friend (skep's) blue sixth gen also.

If it is a convertible, what does it convert into? It's roofless, not a convertible.
