mine isnt a dual exhaust but this is what i did...i bought a 3 chamber flowmaster...since it had 3 openings i ran a custom pipe around the spare tire thing and brought it out to the other side and slapped on a tip. looks nice. ill try to post pics of it.

you just gotta balance the backpressure to make sure you don't loose too much. I was going to run a Y pipe, nice CAT and 2" duals . . . but springing for 2 mufflers just wasn't in my budget. . .

I really like the look of dual mufflers (like 2 stock mufflers) but there isn't room under there to fit a muffler on the driver's side! I heard of someone chopping off part of the spare tire well and welding a plate over the hole, but I wouldn't want to do that.

there is room.....you'll just have to match the position on the pass. side!

you dont want back pressure on any engine. what you dont want to do is mess the velocity of the flow.

low back pressure is good no back pressure is even better (but thats not realisitc)

but if you lose too much back pressure your off the line power will SERIOUSLY lack! thats why its not suggested that we go over 2.5" pipig when upgrading exhaust.....

no man, when you go above 2.5 inch piping you lose exhaust velocity flow.. you dont want to lose velocity of the flow , but then again, that is inversly related to back pressure too..so i`ll shut up

Plus if you lose too much pressure it will actually slow you down off the start.

Like round skinny. Maybe 6" diameter at a guess. If you like I have 2 photos (not mine) of both underside areas in question. Mail me and I'll reply cuz I don't think u can send files thru the Org mail.
