Fresh vent door cable

I have the manual climate control on my max and my heat doesnt work very well since my fresh vent door cable is unhooked (blue cable) and i cant find where it is supposed to go to i have pulled out the radio and the pocket below that, i see where the temperature control cable is hooked into, but i cant find where the fresh vent door cable is supposed to be hooked up to. if anyone could help me find where it is supposed to be hooked into that would help, i have looked at the fsm and there is a picture but its to zoomed in to be helpful if that makes sense. Thanks

Behind the glove compartment box, the vent door is connected to the evaporator box on the left side.
