Spray it with PB blaster and let it set over nite!
If that doesn't work turn it with a hammer and cold chisel and it will come out then! Be prepared to by a new one dude!

i bought a cheap gas torch (Worthington Pro Grade WPK2301 Propane Torch $25) from home depot and heated it up. I learnt about PB blaster after and i heard some very good miracles about it!!

Yea im talking about the harness plug, the sensor itself is easy to remove, its jus the plug to the harness thes giving me trouble.

Oh in that case, is it covered in oily grit? Try using a set of needle nose pliers and a flat head.

Sounds like your gonna have to shimmy it apart. If you sprayed PB Blaster on it (Oh the man upstairs) try and wipe off as much as possible or use brake cleaner to dry it out. PB Blaster+ electrical= fail.

I had the same problem when I upgraded the y-pipe. Clean the heck out of it, then take a chisel or screwdriver and wedge it in right where the connectors meet and twist. even if you gouge out a little spot to make the chisel fit, you will not damage the holding tab on the connector. It behaves like a gm connector that has a rubber surround on the connector and is not letting air in while you pull on it , makes it a b**ch to pull out.
