RPM jumpy when I brake.
RPM jumpy when I brake.
Whats up fellas. For the last couple of weeks. Ive had this problem that when I stop at a light or stop sign. My RPM needle jumps and motor vibrates a lil. No problem starting or driving the car. Only when I come to a full stop.
Checked cables. Spark plugs are about 2 months old and gapped. Pcv valve done and fuel filter. Ive checked for loose wires or broken hoses.
What could it be? Thanks

Like maximo018 said, it's more than likely your trans downshifting, but if you feel like that isn't it, you could check you Idle Air Control Valve.
From personal experience after long drives back and forth to school, I'll come to a stop, and my engine will seem like it's "hunting" for the right idle. The RPM will go up, then down, then up, then down, and I found the problem was a dirty IACV.
I bought some Seafoam, the kind with a long straw, stuck it in the vacuum hose leading to the IACV, and sprayed some in there. Of course, this is only one way to clean it, but since doing this I haven't had any problems. It's worth looking into if you feel this could be your issue.

Cleaning IACV and TB imo implies you will have to reset idling too - the gunk removed changes the flow characteristics of the items and unless you set idling properly its going to idle way too high after the clean
