sputtering after warmed-up or hot
The car sputters upon slow acceleration from a stop after the engine is has warmed up but not when cold.
The engine had the PS hoses (3 return, 1 suction and 1 high pressure line) changed and air filter changed just before this problem, so something might have been knocked lose but I don't see anything. Also got gas at that time.
All 6 fuel injectors and O2 sensor were changed 12,000 miles ago (3 years) and full tuned up, timing belt, TT cleaning .... at 20,000 miles ago. Not doing much driving.
Anything safer than starter fluid for locating a leaking vacuum line?
93 Maxima GXE
other car 2003 Sienna having EVAP codes (P0441, P0442, P0446) but no one seems to be able to find the bad part upon testing, even the SMOG station/repair shop.

Not sputtering when cold implies it likes running in "rich" mode ....................... vacuum lines/leak or MAF or TPS .......... the connections on those sensors are known to grow corrosion gunk causing real funky behaviour.
If you know it was running OK before the recent work then there is really not much to say ................. find whatever it is you disturbed/broke

mine was doing that for awhile and then all the time especially under heavy accellaration.i checked the fuel pressure, fuel filter, tune up(minor) ignition module as well. turns my crank position sensor(built into the distributor/not servicerable) was going out. i borrowed another distributor and voila it ran just like new. hope this helps.

Will be trying that out. I also go gas and then it started the sputtering a week couple of days later. May be unrelated. Need tank of gas now, so see what happens. No lose lines found.
Will need to test each line using the starting fluid trick. Or is there a better method?
