R-12 was on the 89-92 models. 93 to 94 have R-134a.
If it is not blowing cold air, then there is a leak somewhere. It will need to be charged with a UV reactive dye and use a UV light to find the leak. Most likely due to its age, the seals are worn out, so it would be recommended to change all seals on the hoses.
Unfortunalely, problem with today is that R-12 is no longer available to get (easily), so it will need to be retrofitted for R-134a. Some auto shops will "retrofit" by just inserting the R134a adapters and just charge it with R-134a from there, but a couple of other parts have to be changed for a proper retrofit. But some have gotten away with just a charge, so it's a crap-shoot.

My tires seem kinda flat and squarish not circular on the bottom portion touching the road and my rims are almost touching the ground...Do you think I need more air in them? Similar question being asked in this thread!!!!! Come on... use that brain! Either check your a/c levels with a guage or look into your sight glass of the accumulator.....Or just take it too an a/c shop that's doing free a/c inspections!
