PROBLEMS are pains in my azz

ok , this problem is not so bad but its a pain in the ***, i got the carbon fiber LOOKing licence plate cover from pep boys .. on sale
-i can't get the old screws off the rear plate....WTF i tryed every thing wD40, hitting it with a hammer, wratchet with a flat head bit.
- what r my options..???
- O yea and how can i mount the plate in the front without using the old mounting equip.

is it a cover or a frame

And im not sure how to mount it with out the original piece but I think you could just screw it in there since the black piece just screws in. I got rid of mine on my GXE after I had it painted but there were two small holes. and the guy painting my SE (comes home on saturday) said he'd fill in the holes on my se before he paints it. Just stick the plate in the front window ( I havent gotten a ticket yet.)
