Throttle problem

Throttle problem

It feels like the butterfly's stay open a little when I release the gas pedals. It idle at 1500 or 2000 at times. I have to tap down the gas pedal in order for it to idles at 900. Please help. In thinking maybe tps problem or something stay stuck by the throttle cable next to the throttle body.

Have tried watching what happens when you release the throttle by doing it with your hand? Watch to see if the cable is sticking, if not then test the sensor.

It doesn't look sticky but I do have to push it down with my fingers by the throttle body. Are they know to get sticky tho?

Don't forget to spray some throttle body cleaner (of course while the car is off). Just in case there is some dirt causing the butterfly to stick.
