Hey guys I need to disassemble a passenger side mirror where it folds so I can paint it. I know there are two screws on the bottom of the mirror, I took those out and had not luck. I didn't want to break it and have to buy another so i came to the masters. Thanks for the help. Kyle

 

there are 3 screws on the bottom underneath that pop-out plate. the third is probably being covered up by the wire loom youll have to get some slack in the wires so you can access the screw.

 

Ok thanks I'll take another shot at it. On my first try I did take the screws out from underneath the small pop out plate and one screw from the mount side of the mirror that held the wires in place. So after that do I twist, pull, or what to separate the two halves?
