need help identifying hoses

I got some hoses I need to replace when I'm taking apart my intake manifold, I took some pics of a couple of them. Is there any kits that have all these small ones or do I have to go on a wild goose hunt for them? Theyre the ones coming out of the manifold into the valve covers in the pics, theyre kind of centered

They are both part of the recirculation (pcv) system. Not sure if you can still get them from Nissan, but try www.nissanpartsasap.com and just call them. Otherwise you could post a wtb in the sale forum. I probably have a few of each laying around.

Mines were hard and broke when I took them off.
Though not the best choice, but all I could find, is pre-formed heater hose.
I took the old hose and matched them up as close as I could find.
So far it's working fine.
