hmmm hard to say, being so intermittent it could almost be a wiring problem or something with the distributor

Could even be a bad (failing) fuel pump, especially if the car is stalling, wasnt clear if you just stopped the car or if it would die.

no, it not die. I stopped because rpm drops and there is no power even when push accelerate pedal. Sometime after 10-15 sec everything back to normal and sometime I just turn off engine, wait 5-10 sec, turn on and no problem...

Could mean fuel pump is failing. But as mentioned, it could also be that your the fuel pick up screen in the case tank is pulling up debri and clogging the fuel intake. Once you shut off the engine, the debri falls back into the fuel inside the tank, then you restart and there is no obstruction until the trash/debri recollects on the collector screen.

It does sound fuel related. But could be other things as well so here are a few I would look at. I have also had a vehicle act like that and it had a nearly broken battery cable. I don't know if you are having anyother electrical issues but mine simply didn't have enough voltage to fire right but it would still run really weak. Also unplug your maf and see if it makes it run better. A bad or failing MAF could make it run horrible. Unplugged your car should be thrown into safe mode and at least idle alright.

Check your maf. Solder joints go bad on the leads from the connector frequently on all old nissans. remove the square cover on the maf to inspect the joints.
