It's fairly quiet. MY PR cai makes more noise at idle AND full throttle.

on my 98, it has a lower tone. i only had the greddy on for about a week without the y-pipe, so i didn't get much experience with only it. it's got a louder sound then stock obviously at all rpms, but under full throttle it'll definitely let people know you have it. unless you get the y-pipe though, it's nothing major. it's a low, agressive tone, but won't "disturb the peace". hopefully, that's straight enough answer
