Thanks bro. I'm just having a hard time choosing which ones I want. Black on black is played out, gold is played out. I'm was thinking about gunmetal like a racing hearts c5 style rims.Originally Posted by TexasTex

Awesome whip dude! I love seeing older gens looking so nice and clean, and in the hands of someone who knows what to do with them.
We used to have the very same car (3rd gen Max in beige) in my family when I was younger, purchased new in 1989 when I was 5 years old. It was moms car and she used to pick me up from wrestling practice in it and I used to love that car. One of the two cars I learned how to drive on (other was a 95 Camry) once they got old and over 200k miles. It was one of the two cars I had access to as a teenage boy when I got my drivers license, and at the time the Maxima became extremely popular and REALLY HOT in Brooklyn, NY and everyone wanted a Maxima.
That said, considering how much time has passed, it's awesome to see these 3rd gens out there in such awesome shape still rolling. And BTW, I agree with others on the notion that the 3rd gen looks clean and gangster, actually I remember growing up in NY and back in the day those 3rd and 4th gen Maximas were extremely popular with the gangsters as well. After the 4th gen, popularity fell off for some reason.
As for your car, there is only one thing I would really like to see you do -- get some nice polished alloys (probably 17"), something like this:

^^^^ Like that but I would go with different wheels, some lightweight racing 17"s is what I'm thinking. Other than that, you've got a sick car dude. Perhaps you can also add a spoiler (like the pic)? But really that doesn't matter, nice whip!

Thanks! Sadly I'll be parting with it after 17 years of ownership. The car runs great, but despite my best efforts to suppress the rust by having it repainted, the rust eventually began to poke through after about 3 years as of this photo.Originally Posted by shiloh51933
I like this 3rdgen...nice&clean!!
The wheels you are looking at are 350z anniversary edition. They were just gorgeous on this ride. They were sold a couple years ago. Everything else will be stripped from the car and offered to you guys.

Do you have more recent pics? Would you sell as a whole? My Max was just hit in the front...it's repairable but I've always wanted a black 3g.Originally Posted by hadman
