91 vg30 injector issues

Hey guys I havnt been on in a while but I know you guys could probably help me. I had an injector go bad on me so I went and purchased a new one. After installing it and putting everything back together I noticed it was still missing. First thing I did was pull plug wires untill I found which cyl didn't change. I replaced #1 injector and now it seems #3 injector right next to it has took a crap on me. So I go to ohm check it and I can't even get a reading. I scuffed up the prongs as best I could and used electric cleaner to try and clean it up but still can't get a reading. Does this mean the injector is toast or is there something else I can try to get a reading off of it? I appreciate any help on this.

once one goes, the rest usually aren't far behind, After all they are the same age, and have been put through the same amount of miles and fuel. I had 3 die in the same month once.

If you have the money then it's best to replace all of them while you have intake off. Try to source some used ones from JY.

You should have checked all of them while you were in there. You'll want to replace all injectors that are out of spec, even if they "work". They will soon die out, or work intermittently. Using 6 injectors that are within spec, they should last at least a few years. This is why It's hard for me to justify buying all new injectors, perfectly good used ones can be found at the junkyard.

I agree grab some junkyard injectors, while I had my 3rd gen, I never bought new injectors, just got alot of spares from the junkyard from a nice looking well kept 3rd gen.

I read the coil as open on my bad injector with my ohmmeter, but after using deoxit (from Radio Shack) it started working again. The resistance read high after cleaning, but works fine so far.
