I try not to think about them as much as possible.

Some advice. Have thick skin about funky light comments.

Some are illegal

Blue=Illegal
Red=Illegal
Green is fine, White is fine, any other colors are fine. just blue and red are illegal cops can pull you over if they want to and it can be an 80.00 fine. Believe me I know from experience.

Yeah I read that green is a no-no also. Something about volunteer firemen or something like that uses green.

white is fine. any other color is illegal.
1. the law says so.
2. if the law doesn't say they're illegal, then the rest of the colors are rice and should be illegal.

hope you read jeff's post about thick skin.

dont sweat it

these guys dont like it but i got mine and red is not illigal in ohio as long as they dont blink. i have talked to a cop since installing and he actually complimented them. i think white would be ok but not blue. i think people need to stay on topic more!

white are gonna be more legal than blue, that's for sure. i got white, and i'm damn happy with em. i think i even felt a good power increase since i've had em on...when was the last time anyone saw greed leds, or anything for that matter, and thought, oh no, fire official, gotta get outa the way...i think they just don't let you use blue and red and stuff cause cops are conceited and want it all to themselves. i think cops are the real rice boys out there...sorry...i'm tired.

There is also another law that may effect this. I believe most places only alow you to have no more than Four foward facing lights. So headlights,fogs,nozzles........? That is not a fact though so don't go by me

well the apc's i bought came with a toglle switch . who cares if they are legal or notjust hook them to a toggle and be seen when you want or be on the low down! who cares about the law, imagine a cop saying" could you please turn on your washers please" then you angle them to spray him and put hot suace in it for reseve! then bolt!!!!!!

i would get white

they are really easy to intall just push the clip on the factory washers and they pop off. then insert the new ones and either run them to your corner lights (green wire +, black -) or run them to a toggle switch and run it off your fuse box. need any more help let me know!
