I have this weird noise coming from my fusebox under the hood near the fender wall. I detected the noise coming from the ECCU (the green fuse) when I take it out or start the car it stops and comes back on when I turn off the car or put the fuse back in. Also,while at a stop light it idles real bad. I replaced that fuse and the theft deterrent fuse (the big brown) and my car will not start at all. can somebody give me some direction or experience with this so i can to my car started again
