1993 nissan maxima Electrical problem?

Today I got a dvd cd player for my 1993 nissan maxima. I installed it to see if it would turn on and it did. As I was connecting every other wire for the radio I acidentally hit a wire on the metal piece of the radio. It sparked and now my clock, and radio won't turn on.. and on top of that when I open my door to get out my seat belt won't move but it'll move if I put the car into start(not with engine on).. I checked all fuses and only one was blown, it was a 10 amp fuse so I replaced itthinking my clock and radio would turn back on but nothing happened. I'm stuck with no radio, clock and now I have to use my hand to remove seatbelt when getting out. What do you think is wrong and how to go about fixing it...

Go back and re-check all fuses again, even the ones located in the engine bay.

All is fine apperently last night I replaced one of two fuses that were blown. Just replaced the other and everything in my 1993 nissan maxima is back to normal. My car has 144xxx miles on it and running like a champ. I love this old sports car

IMO there's only one Nissan that is a sports car. That would be the Z. All others are deserving of a much classier label.
