Dawwwe, no sweetie not easily. It's better to focus on the dozen or so other things that probably need to be done your '94. Timing belt, tune up, transmission drain and fill, shocks struts bushings....

Yes it is possible provided your knowledgable or have a knowledgable mechanic. The engine will fit in your engine bay just a number of modifications. Try searching the threads. One engine that may interest you if you really want to go through with a swap is the vq35 swap by NWP.

The reason I was asking is because the timing belt blew on the '94 and I could get the '95 engine for $150. The '94 is an interference motor correct?

yes the VG30E is an interference motor.

IMO don't do the swap. VG30 motors are a dime a dozen at a junk yard.

if the main reason for you to do a swap is that you can save money then don't even go there. just find a VG30 motor with mileage that's not too high and swap that.

I wasn't sure for what reasons you were wanting to do the swap so if it's to save money danNY is probably right considering it will be a much simpler straight forward swap and not to mention with the 95 you will also need to get the ecu and the wiring harness aswell and probably the tranny because im not sure as to weather or not the 95 will bolt up to your stock 94 tranny. So as you can see you will need a number of mods to make it work aswell as more parts than just the engine at $150. Not to steer you away from doing the swap it all just depends on the reasons and seeing your wanting to save a little best to just go with the vg30e.

Just sell your car and buy 95. If you want to keep yours, get used engine from a junk yard, throw it in, done.

Trying to swap in the VE will end up costing you tons more than just installing another VG.

Of course, another option would be to find a set of intact heads and swap the heads, keeping your short block. But even that could end up costing you more in time and gaskets.

Keep in mind, whatever you do....I HIGHLY recommend you installing a new timing belt, tensioner, and water pump.

Mine? $2k and includes all my extra 3rd gen parts. Would need a small Uhaul.

Custom? $2k plus.
