bose audio and sunroof question
What all do I need to pull from the car I found at the wrecker with bose system
Deck speakers amp? Do I need to rob the wiring harness too?
Also found a intact sunroof what's the best way to get it out without breaking it? ( entire assembly)
This one also has the faux wood interior trim I'm going grab that too wooooooo junk yard run

I wouldn't waste my time with that Bose crap. you can get 4 speakers for your car for like $100 at some online car stereo parts.
if you want the E N T I R E sunroof assembly. remove the sunvisors/roof handles/headliner. remove the 4 drain hoses from the sunroof. you're going to have to remove the brackets for the roof handles. to do so you're going to Need a good Phillips screwdriver with a larger/more solid tip. these screws can be a ***** and if you attempt to get them off with a substandard screwdriver or incorrect sized tip then you're just going to strip them and that will add hours to the project. after you get those brackets off its just the drain hoses and several screws and nuts holding the assembly to the roof. the roof has studs sticking down and there are nuts holding the sunroof to those, also the sunroof wiring controls and motor all come down with it.
when I went to the junkyard and got one for my last car I made sure the glass opened all the way in both directions with the Manual turn switch underneath the sunroof controls. I also made sure to get one with the shade that was in good sliding order.
