Mechanical Question

Hi there this is a mechanical question please any help I certainly appreaciate.
I have a 1991 Maxima SE
Last week the heater stopped working I changed the thermostat and a couple of hoses yesterday, after I changed them I finaly was getting warm/hot air but I drove the car today and it stopped to function again. It is just blowing cold air and not warm/hot.
Any ideas on what to do next?

You might have an air block in your cooling system. Make sure your coolant system is bled correctly. And did any rusty gunk come out when you changed the hoses? You could have a gunked up heator core.

What would be the best way to bleed the cooling system?
I just to have a Celica that had a bolt close to the thermostat and that's how I just to do it, but I didn't see any thing like that in my Maxima

Thank you very much for your help!

There is usually a small bolt up on top of the engine that you loosen like your Celica. I'm not sure where it is on your VG maxima. On my VE maxima, it's right near the fuel rail, near the red coolant temp sensor. Intake side of the engine
