What is the part called that's connected to the intake manifold on the front on the top of the motor, I have pictures but I don't know how to post them. I'm new to this site.

I replied to your post in the noobies thread aswell. I believe the part your looking for is the front section of the upper intake manifold between the throttle body and the accordian style boot at the base of the air intake. It's a cast aluminum part with no sensors electronics so very rarely would it ever need to be replaced except in a situation like yours with front end damage like you stated in your other post and like chrome replied to your other post check the scrapyard that would be your best bet and most cost efficient because it's just a cast aluminum part that you don't need to purchase new and it's very easily removed by 4 bolts in the front so save some money and hit up a scrapyard.

The iacv is to the right when looking from the front of the car and the pcv is at the back of the upper intake I believe the part he's looking for is the front part of the intake attached to the throttle body. Its closest to the rad or the front end of the car. He stated he smashed up the front end in another thread which leads me to believe that's what he's looking for.

It's the part on the right fwd corner of the intake (looking at the engine from the front of the car) the silver part!

If he rear ended someone like he said in another thread he posted i dont think it's the iacv that cracked. He probably cracked the air intake in front of the throttle body under the front set of wires in the pic. anyhow he must have found what he was looking for. He hasnt posted back at all lately.
