Does anyone know if i can change my89 gxe reflector to 94 max se reflector? Will they fit? I love my gxe but it looks lame with the gxe trunk panel

 

Yes you can it's a direct fit

But the SE reflector will look odd without SE taillights

 

Thinking about changing the lights too

 

Have you changed the reflector ? If yes is it hard to take off

 

It's easy, it's just held on with some 8 mm or 10 mm bolts on the backside. You'll need to remove the trunk lid liner to access all of them

 

takes 5 minutes, just some i think 10mm nuts on the inside of the trunk lid. as said you have to remove the trunk liner

if you want something different you can wrap the centerpiece with vinyl wrap or whatever, i wrapped mine in carbon fiber years ago

 

Get your hands on a complete set of '92-'94 SE tails. They will fit.
