Advice about automatic transmission, thanks

Hello guys.
My Maxima have 250000Km (150000 miles), and the automaic transmission, died.
I rebuild the transmission with a full kit. I changed all plates (drive and driven pates), the brake band, all rubber elemnets (o´rings, oil seal, gaskets, etc.).
I not changed the valves springs, and pistons springs, because I can't get it in Argentina.
I follow the procedures to dissasembby, assembly and controls as says in the tanssmision manual.
The principal problem is that the line pressure is always at the same values, do not increases when push the accelerator pedal, always was in 3Kg/cm2 (42 psi).
If I disconecct the line pressure solenoid the pressure increases to more of 14 K/cm2(196 psi).
I test the line pressure signal with an osciloscope and work well and I hear the solenoid open and close when push the accelerator.
With this low pressure the car slip the 2nd and 4fh gear.
I disassemble the body valve and changed both springs(outer and inner) of line pressure valve by another more hard ad the pressure increases to 6Kg/cm2(84 psi) but the pressure system continue without control, the pressure is always 6Kg/cm2 in all position of de accelator pedal.
With this pressure the behavior of the car is better the shifts are a little hard, the 2nd gear slip only if I push full gas, and the 4fh gear slip if in a high speed I push full gas.
I don't know why this happens, in fact the line pressure solenoid it seems to work well.
If anybody have some knowledge about this or if you can ask to someone information in the USA I appreciate advice, because here in Argentina the 90% of the car are manual and there are no people trained in automatic transmission.
Thank you
Augusto
