evap can

evap can

has anyone removed the evap can under hood tonyjr was talking about it in a video about removal can u just rerout it to the motor for deletion

Are you talking about the charcoal canister? I havnt run one for years.

Ive gone a minimum of 14 years without one, you can even pass emissions without one (unless they look for it via inspection). The only down side is you will lose some fuel in the summer do to heat/expansion that the canister would otherwise absorb and inject back into the motor. However, due to the age of the canister it probably isn't doing much anyway.

Im not sure what you mean as there are many hoses but none of them go to the block. All you really need to do is cap or plug the lines so that you dont have a vacuum leak or excess fuel evaporation.
