Motor mount quesion

I know this been discuss on the forum about motor mount but I just had a thought when you shift it to drive or reverse is the motor suppose to move but when I drive it and floor it the motor doesn't move I know this because I have my hood removed for a project and I can see what th motor is doing

if you have an AT with electronic mounts this would make sense. they are soft at low rpm/idle (when you would be shifting from P/R/D) so you would see move movement. they stiffen when rpm increases/driving, so you should see less movement when you floor it.

if you've read about these mounts on here you've probably read you should disconnect them as well

Glad i asked, since I wasn't sure if that's normal and I had inspect all four mounts since they are original since I bought the car new and they are in great shape but I thought maybe those electronic mounts are just screwing with my eyes what I thought I saw
