Fog light help

Recently bought another 3rd gen this one being a 91gxe , my question is how easy is it to install the fog light bulb's? As the ones in the car dont work, I bought some Philips H3 B1 standard bulbs at pepboys, also how hard is it to change the spark plugs? Thanks in advance.

Okay so i figured out that the fog lights have clips on the side and you just remove them with a flat head and as easy as that you can remove the fog lights,my bulbs were burnt out but with the new ones they still didnt work,so i check the fuse box by the intake and boom little did i know im missing the fog lamp fuse, fml lol anyways anyone have any idea where i could buy that specific fuse? Gracias

In the 94, the fuse for the fog lights is in the car, not under the hood. There are no fuses by the air cleaner. Are you maybe referring to the box in front of the battery which has relays in it?

I'm sure you have some kind of aftermarket fogs as there are no clips on the oem fogs. If whatever fog is on there is wired to the pre-existing factory wires then you will need to add the relay inside the box in front of the battery. I am not sure if there is a fog switch inside next to the cruise control switch but if there is, the fog only works when the low beams are on unless someone rewired them to work otherwise.
Note, the GXE never came with fogs unless ordered - SE all had fogs as far as I am aware.

Then put in the relay? I believe it's a blue relay but you may want to confirm first before you put in the wrong one.
