That guy must have not had a clue how to drive... Also it's hard to get GOOD power out of an N/A RX-7. Even so... a totally stock one should be running low to mid 16's. A friend of mine has similar mods to the one above and he puts down 161 rwhp.... (not typical... but still if done right an N/A can be pretty quick)
