Just couple days ago i had my car engine bay washed, and ever since that time my car has been acting strange. Before the wash, the car ran just fine, no noise, hesitation or even vibration whatsoever very quiet. But after i had my engine clean my car is vibrating like mad. The whole car was shaking in drive and in neutral, and while driving the engine seems to hesitate, and shakes some more not only that sometimes it sounded like the engine is gonna stall on me any minute. But the weird part is when the car hit third gear everything goes back to normal, no my vibration. No only that, i was told that my exhaust was making this weird "putt putt" sound. To make matters even more strange, today the car was running fine again, just alittle louder but smooth going again and i didn't even do anything to it. So i was wondering if anyone might know what is causing this problem. If you do i would greatly appreciate if you tell me what might be wrong with my car

Just sounds like you got the ignition system wet. High voltages are easily led astray, and water on the cables or distributor can do that. Without the current going to all the spark plugs, the engine wasn't running on all cylinders (causing the shaking), and unburned gas was getting into the exhaust (perhaps causing the put put). Once everything dried off, you were good to go again.
