Looking for 1991 Maxima SE ABS Delete Procedure

My 1991 Maxima SE has the optional ABS. The ABS pump is leaking, a common problem. It can't be rebuilt and salvage parts have or will have the same problem. I want to delete the entire ABS system. Has anyone done it? I can get the required (1) master cylinder (2) brake booster and maybe (3) find someone to run new stainless steel brake lines. Questions: (1) has anybody done it; (2) what additional parts are needed; (3) know anybody in Northern Virginia who can do it, and (4) estimate cost.

Will the car still pass the legal inspection if abs is deleted? The part is still available but expensive however.

How will they know unless you make it obvious by bringing it to there attention! I've had all kind of performance enhancements for years and it always passed emissions and the visual inspection!

I thought the ABS light would turn on into the dashboard, just thought now the fuse could have been removed so no more light.
