The first max I've ever seen with BMW lights was Ray's 89 SE. The second was Need4pwr, third was Vitaly.

I don't think you even come close to being the first to do this. The first people to do the BMW conversion was over 3 years ago.

The first car i've seen which was in the maxima FAQ was need4pwr. I think he sold his car though.

I think I was the first of the newbies. Had it for 2 years. David Cohen hooked me up with the lights.

Hey Brandon, instead of using CDs or Foil for your HIDs, ever think of using the office light fixture material to make the plastic surrounding area around the light. I was lookin at my friends X5, and the material looks similar. I'm not sure what that material is called. It's the clear plastic cover for those office and kitchen lights.

Feel like cracking your headlight open again -=\

I'm getting the same piece that you saw in the X5, it's a glass piece. It makes the light look like it's coming from the entire circle, not just the projector lense. hopefully it'll fit.

Hahaha.. oh duud, thats long gone.. that didnt work to well so i got unlazy and actually fitted metal rings around the lenses instead. so it actually looks pretty decent now. that CD crap was just ghetto hahaha.. that X5 idea is interesting though, i konw exactly what your talking about, i saw that on my uncles, but to get that little peice i would probably have to buy the whole fixture.. so im not sure bout that.. they are fine they way i have em now.. nice and sturdy.. no more duct tape and plastic hahaha..(that crap started to melt also)

just crack the lense of a new BMW while with a screw driver while no one's lookin and pry it off.

just kidding don't do that.

I'm content with my stock bimmer lights. Too lazy to mess with them again. I've been working on my stupid audio stuff for a year now and when i'm done it won't even be all that impressive. Just plain lazy

There was probably somebody else that did not sign on to the board who has done the BMW conversion as well as other mods to their car that we don't know about.

Take the Canadian Max for example /w the WW wide mouth. Not being influenced by the board breeds creativitiy sometimes
