oil change
Dear Sir...
Please see your local nissan dealer or oil change shop (Q lube, jiffy lube, etc) and ask their trained technicians to change your oil. If you still feel you can safely change your own oil at least consult a factory or aftermarket (chiltons, haynes, etc) manual for the proper way to do so.
PLEASE PUT DOWN THE WRENCH AND STEP AWAY FROM THE MAXIMA!

Or try a junkyard - sometimes they have manuals too.....
But seriously, Justin's right - if you have to ask those kinds of questions, you'd best either get acquainted with the basics of automotive maintenace first, or just get someone else to do it for you.
Let me get this straight, you want to change the oil WITHOUT draining it??? Well, that's not changing it at all. If you really want to know exactly how to perform a thourough oil change you can e:mail me and I'll type you up some instructions, no prob, but I won't take up any more space posting them here.
Gotta learn some time...
Gotta learn some time...
Like Nismo says... ya gotta learn sometime.
Go to Pep Boys and drop $25 on a Haynes or Chilton's manual. That book will be the best money you could spend, at this point. Sit down and read the section on how to do it. Then go out and look under the hood and read the section again, ID'ing the underhood components.
Then, JUST DO IT.
