a) straight-through design
b) very short
c) has very small internal volume
d) very cheap
Combine this with no resonator, no cat, and a free-flowing exhaust and you have a recipe for some major dBs!
(of course "no exhaust manifolds" is the answer for 'loudest period!')

I have the full set up on my max... ws y, catco hi flow, and greddy sp catback with removed resonator. it pretty much hums... When I got it last June, I was disapointed with the sound, cause I was immature and wanted it loud, but now I am glad that it isn't that loud.

a) it's emissions illegal in most places
b) it'll smell bad
c) I'm guessing by "flow" you actually mean "Flowmaster".....
d) you shouldn't have mufflers (exhaust) exiting right under the car like that - make SURE you get a downturn pipe attached to it unless you want to risk people asphyxiating inside the car. Even then I wouldn't do it.
Soundwise it will be LOUD, especially since it's right under you. Find out how a similar Flowmaster sounds with otherwise straight pipes and turn it up a dB or two and that should be about right. If you don't want anything but a muffler I would just spend the extra bucks and do it properly with a full-length 2.5-3" pipe exiting in the stock location. This won't cost you much if any power and will be better overall.

Nothing sounds better than a flow master right under your car
