Horn is out of control.

My Max broke down a while ago, and while I was trying to pop the clutch, and failing, I hit the horn like mike tyson. About 15 times. Now I had to take the horn fuse out to make it stop going off. MY cruise control doesnt work any more... I am wondering if this has anyting to do with the horn fuse being out of place. Also, when ever I connect the horn fuse back the horn goes of...I have held it connected for 15 seconds, and it went off the whole time. Is there anyway to stop this and get my horn back to normal?

it happened to me with out the hitting but all you have to do is take off the cover off and bend the metal out so that its not touching another metal piece rane

When you say "all you have to do is take off the cover," does it mean that it is easy? On a scale of one to five, with one being the application of two custommaxima stickers on my window -making sure that they were level, how hard is it?
