stock GXE rims w' tires for sale

3 of the rims have Michelin Rain Force tires w/ 60% of the tread left. One rims doesn't have a tire b/c I blew one out on my car and it's doing duty on my drivers rear axle. Make me an offer - they're going for cheap!

Oh yeah can you email me pics? I don't know what stock rims look like.
I hope they're not the body-colored fugly rims I've got on my newly acquired 89 Maxima.

The price......

If you want, I can e-mail pics to you, but you can check them out by going to my website.

The rims for sale are on the grey car not the black one. I'll start the bidding at $40 + S&H, so you pay shipping too. Does anyone have any idea how to ship these things and how much they'll cost? I'm going to ship them from Knoxville, TN.
The rims look ok, but you can tell that they've seen time in the snow. The tires are still in production and you can complete the set by buying another one. Still interested?

KC,

I may be interested in your wheels if you haven't moved them already. How is the clear coat on them? I can't tell from the photos.

The clear coat

ah, the clear coat isn't that great at all. It was a Connecticut car, but it was always garaged and driven by a g-ma. I don't think she ever cleaned the rims b/c the clear coat is messed up on them. If you buy them, you could sand them down and polish the metal underneath the clear coat. I've seen some like that and they looked nice. I simply don't have the time and patience to do that stuff - that's why I bought some other stock rims for my car.

Any idea what the rims (+tires) weigh? I'd like to figure out what it might cost to ship to CO.

Shipping

Well, that all depends. Do you want the tires or do you just want the rims? If you only want the rims, I can have the tires taken off and they'll be a lot cheaper b/c they won't take up so much space on the truck, not to mention they'll also weigh a lot less. I'll go by a place today and have it checked out though with and w/out tires.

YEOUCH!!!!!!

Well, I checked with Mail Boxes Etc and it's going to cost $45/ to ship the rims! I don't think you'd want to spend that much money on it, but maybe you really want these, I don't know. If you're still interested, let me know. I'll try another place later on today or tomorrow. See ya.

PHILLY

hey, you're in philly, PA? I'll go and get an estimate for them too. My roommate also told me that Greyhound takes packages too. I think I'll call them and ask them about it. Give me a zip code that these are going to so I can get an accurate price.

Greyhound Price

Hey John
I checked out that GPX website (Greyhound) and it's going to cost somewhere between $80-110 to ship those puppies. I estimate that the rims weigh between 30 and 40LBS and that's what the estimator spit out to me. I believe that's the cheapest it's going to get unless you want to do some driving. Wait, I can check to see what it's going to cost shipping from Louisville, KY (my parent's place) too. I'll check that out too.

Thanks Da-Max!

That saves me a lot of footwork! I checked out the prices from Knoxville, TN and from Louisville, KY (my parent's place) and they all come to about the same price. I estimated the rims at 35LBS a piece in 4 seperate boxes and I got estimates from $80 - $110. Still interested?

Sorry KC but I think that's gonna put me over the limit. Let me see if I can find any other shippers who would do it cheaper.
