intake questions

ok, i have a 91 SE and im tryin to make an intake for it
the tube right to the right of the throttle body that goes into the intake tube, yeah what is that? idle air sonsor or somethin
cuz i want to replace that whole tube that goes from my airbox to my intake manifold, and i dont know what to do with that smaller tube. im just just get a pcv breather so that takes care of that
any other problems i have to worry about?

If you go straight off the metal intake tube you won't have a MAF and that doesn't let the car run. Use the search and do a little research before you ask questions.

Yea, i know what you are talking about. BE CAREFUL. I took that hose off because i wanted to install a brether filter. After doing all of the work, my car wouldn't start. So I had to put it all back. You need that, i think it might be a vaccum hose.?

yeah..it's a vacuum hose. When you disconnect it it makes the car run like crap, you have to hold the throttle down for it to stay on, and even like that it's like you're watching a valued posession slowly die. It doesnt hurt the engine, but you just can't drive. A breather filter doesn't help either.

i did some research
no one has adressed this other tube in the results that i saw
im keeping the MAF right before the cone filter, but i wanna get rid of the pipe that comes of the intake before the throttle bodies
i can put a breather on the pcv, but i dont know what to do with that other tube
maybe ill just mount the tube into a hole in the pipe that im makin
thanks for all ur replies though
anyone else have any suggestions
