I was just wondering today, how many of you have been featured as Maxima of the month? I would think that is a pretty big honor.

 

Matt93SE and Nevin(Skymax) have both been honored with that role. Ironically, both cars were totalled in accidents only weeks later..

Yup.. Candiman's car was messed up somehow a couple weeks later too. don't remember whether he was hit or hiw tranny blew or whatever, but something bad happened!

hey matt...your the 3rd gen moderater..how about you pick a 3rd gen MOTM at the beginning of every month and make it a sticky..cause with the bigger aftermarket for 4th and 5th gens it hard for us to get the MOTM

well in that case, i'm fine just admiring my max by myself, i don't want no curse.

 

honestly? I'm too lazy and don't want to deal with it. if I pick one person, I'll get 50 emails the next day "well I've got this mod that he doesnt", or "I've got more mods", or "his car is stupid" or "he's a jerk, why did you pick him?" or "you're still just an a$$hole moderator and will never pick me because of it."

so I stay away from trying to determine who's car is better than any others and posting my opinion on it.

 

well thats what makes us unique, we can be more original in our mods and ideas

 

Well how about a random 3rd Gen Feature Maxima then? Just for whoever wants to participate supply some 1/2 decent pics and info/blurb about their car, mods, etc. and then feature it. Doesn't have to be "The Absolut S**T", just some guys car even if it's stock, and everyone can look at it and read about it.


BTW, we should make that "super ugly eBay Max" the MOTM and let the curse put it out of its misery!

lol, that's the best idea i've heard in a while. and if you guys really want this anyone could just set up some kind of poll at the beginning of each month and people can like advertise their car or their page and then we'll vote or something. maybe they could sticky it for the month even.
