This may seem like a dumb question but I will ask anyway. What steps are involved when tuning a max?. Mainly I do regularly oil changes, At about 95 K I have replaced fuel filter, plug wires, plugs, distributer cap and rotor, All fluids (power stearing, brakes, radiator flushed) replaced. I am at 104K now. I was wondering did I miss anything?
I have a 90 SE. (Next weekend I am replacing plugs again.)

Air filter, PCV valve. I do my fuel filter every 10K. You didn't mention transmission fluid flush and filter.

RE Tune-up

Sorry I forgot to mention that. I have replaced air filter twice. second time was just yesterday. I am getting fuel filter tomorrow form Nissan and I have not yet replaced PCV valve. I am not sure where it is located. I donot have the factory manual and Chilton is not very good one. I have 5-speed and I have replaced transmission oil once about three months ago. Do I need timing adjustments or any other thing that dealers would normally do?

thanks

MSK...

Your PCV valve is located on the intake manifold(the part of the engine that says "Nissan 3000" on it) which is the typical location for them. Sometimes they're also located on the valve covers on other cars.
It's located exactly to the top of the emblem and it is screwed into the intake manifold. It's a real diy job. Good luck!

Also please flush Power steering

because its price is wow! It usually takes 1 hour including preparations and 2 quarts of ATF. Don't forget to check up power steering hoses - press them with the fingers to find an "easy" point. These hoses prone to wear from the inside.
