Hello all

here is the deal - I own a black 93 SE with 70k miles.
I bought it from my best friend who bought it new - its in great
shape (except the wheels, what is that corrosion stuff and can it come off?)

i am going to upgrade it instead of getting a new ride...here's what it needs - clutch, full exhaust front axle's and maybe some assorted bushings etc...

I had the 60k checkup done (1200$) and all belts and hoses done recently and one front axle replaced...the guy who did the axle used a reconditioned part and the car "wobbles" abit now in first and second gear so I maight re-replace the "axle" with a new one...

Here's my question: what do you all recommend doing to a car of this age without changing it;s appearnce too much. I want the muffler to be OEM but I am looking for ways to keep the cost down on the other stuff...things like places to buy parts cheap etc...I don't mind getting an exhaust system that breathes a bit freer but I don't really want the car to look or sound much different...

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
