what are the differences in the Ve and Vg engines to give them the horsepower difference?? anything i can do to my vg to achieve a ve or are they two different engines??
i know you guys will dog this question, but i will never learn with out asking

 

Well, you could do a search? But some big diffs are...Dual Over Head Cam, 24 Valve, VTC, they really are like night and day.

The VE has so much more tech. I still don't undertsand why Nissan did not get more hp. out of it. Variable intake, Variable cams, Direct ignition, the list goes on. I think the VE responds realy well to mods though

That is EXACTLY what it is. Each spark plug has its own ignition coil sitting on top of it.
