ok these are the pics that will hopefully explain what i mean by putting it in from the front.

this is when the grille is pushed in from the front. it is flush with the grille.

this is the mesh taken out. see how the edges are folded over? this is just pushed in from the front. and those bent up things are hooked into the grille for support.

thats not any scratches on the bumper. there was just a scratch on the camera lense. that makes me mad. all the pictures i took with that camera are screwed up! the grille holds itself in. i didnt want to put screws or anything in it. see how those pieces on the grille are bent on the top? those are like hooked into the underside of the grille and that holds it in good. it's in really tight too. and i dont have any pics of the removed moldings. it looks really good though. the reason i took them off is a while ago they were all faded so i painted them, but i took them off to do it. so when i put them back on the adhesive didnt stick and they kept falling off. so i just left them off cuz i thought it looked better without them.

I'll bet that if you take your car through a commercial car wash, that it would eat that grille for dinner. Leson learned here: Wash your car yourself.

well i can just take my grille out whenever. it only takes a second, since it just pops in. so if i did go through one of those i would take the grille out. but i wouldnt go through one of those, those things eat your paint so fast.

Yeah....touchless ones don't actually "clean" your car and brush ones beat the hell out of your paint making it fade, kinda like my back bumper is doing. (already repainted my door moldings and from bumper). But since I work at a gas station, I get 1 free car wash a week, and its my choice brush (not the brush, it's a foam-like brush and isn't too hard on the paint, so that's what I like to use.), touchless, or none at all.

they come off with a heat gun or blow dryer. just melt the adhesive under them and they peel right off. then when you have them off clean off the adhesive with something.
