Why bother racing with a 3rd gen gxe

Ok people, can someone please explain the concept of racing other cars with a 3rd gen gxe. In my point of view, the vg is a very slow slow sloooooooow car and adding auto to it doesn't help much. I am beginning to seriously doubt if nissan even built the gxe to be a "4 door sports car". I believe the gxe should be treated and driven like a normal family sedan, and leave the racing to the VE's or our 225 or 255 hp brothers. Of course if the need to race does really occur, i think it should only be limited to old grandy in geo metro But hey this is just only my opinion of how i see my own car.

I am alot happier driving the max over the Blazer i had B4, much more fun. Just be happy with what you got for now.

I have just been reading lots of post about people asking if they should race their gxe against other cars, and in most case "the other" car is better and faster then ours. So i was just wondering if i am living in a fantasy world where the gxe is slow or are they living in the fantasy world where the gxe is fast.
