No way, man! He's probably smart and took them out himself! I did the same thing. It's like having a seperate set of rims! Going to the track? Take them out for a more aggressive look, and rid yourself of half a pound of dead weight! Going on a date? Put them back in and impress the girl's parents with your conservative taste! It's like driving a Transformer car! One moment, you're a street eating beast, the next, an inconspicuous family sedan! The all around solution!

yeah i took them off, it just looks more gangster, sometimes i look at my car and for a second i think its a 64 impala, then i blink is its a family sedan again, its all because the centercaps are removed

 

hey!! refer to it as 4 door sports car (i don't take liking to the word family car w/ a Maxima)

 

i hated my stupid centercaps, because mine were plastic, and the paint wore off leaving light brown colored spots on them. it looked like sh*t. i grey primered them to make it a little better, but the primer chipped off. so i said screw it, and i took them off. no centercaps is the way to go. plus it makes your car a lot lighter, by like 7 oz.
