throttle body bore, upper and lower intake manifolds extrude honed

matt, before you yell at me, i searched and found some small stuff. but not that much. i can get the upper/lower intake manifolds and a TB for 70 bucks. i was thinking it might be worth it to have the intakes extrude honed and the throttle body bored. Extrude honed is about 30 minutes from my house and it looks like it would be around 300 to have my manifolds done. i looked into it a little. not specifically my manifolds, but others similiar to mine that they have on their website. I can't find the company that did the throttle body. The guy with the white 3rd gen adn the WW kit had it done. anyway, does anyone know the name of the company that did the TB? and how extreme of a bore he went? oh, and as far as the manifolds go. i can't tell. are they aluminum? thanks

try going to the junkyard with the extra IM and see if a 90+ Q45 TB will fit on your car. They are 70mm vs your 64mm TB, but remember bigger isn't always better. Also what does your car dyno now? http://www.dynojet.com/lauto.shtml

also, i haven't dynoed it yet. that needs to be done soon though. i'll prolly do my ECU in july, and i'll dyno it then, cause most of the bolt ons will be added. . . .

on the vg the manifold is aluminum. is pretty soft too. i lightly polished the outside of mine. when i get some more time im gonna finish it, and get it all smooth. i dont see how doing the inside would be that hard. i was gonna do the inside next. it doesnt look like its possible to really screw it up. anyone do it themselves yet?
