crazy ****

I had my 92 Maxima SE parked outside last night...

and next day I get up go out...and BAM!...My passenger window has been smashed in! Nothing was taken...not even my headunit...or the dvd...just my window smashed in...WTF?

How much is this glass gonna cost me to replace...in case I do not want to go through my insurance?!?!?!

Any answers would be helpful...THANKS.

I just needed to vent...

Prolly around $200+ installation maybe less if you just buy a complete door at the junkyard nearest to you. Go to www.car-part.com and search for a door, cause I am sure most likely a window is not an option

thats what I did...after I got hit, te insurance gave me $970 to fix my door, I went to the junkyard and got one for $200, swapped the window and regulator myself and wallah, new for less than a 1/3 of the price!

door glass alone isn't expensive..shouldn't be more than $40 for the glass alone and it's very easy for you to install yourself.
